THREE SIMPLE STEPS

How temporary email works

A disposable inbox is useful when you need an email address briefly, not forever.

01

Generate an address

Choose an available domain and create a random email address with one click.

02

Use it where appropriate

Enter the address on a site for a low-risk sign-up, demo, or test workflow.

03

Read incoming mail

Keep the page open. The inbox checks periodically and you can refresh it manually.

A NOTE ON PRIVACY

Temporary doesn't mean invisible.

BlinkInbox uses a third-party disposable email service to create inboxes and retrieve incoming messages. That provider processes mailbox data, and anyone who knows an address can read its messages.

Use this tool for low-risk activities only. Do not use it for banking, healthcare, password recovery, work accounts, private conversations, or anything you cannot afford to lose.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Temporary email, explained.

What to know before you generate an address.

What is a temporary email address?+

Temp mail, also called temporary email, is a disposable inbox you can use for short-lived sign-ups, downloads, or testing instead of sharing your primary email address. It is not a replacement for an account you need to keep.

Is BlinkInbox free to use?+

BlinkInbox is designed to be free to use. Inbox availability, domain availability, and request limits depend on the third-party email provider and its current service limits.

How often does the inbox refresh?+

When this tab is open, the inbox checks for new messages periodically. You can also select Refresh at any time. Delivery depends on the sender and the email provider, so some messages may be delayed or rejected.

Can I use a temporary inbox for banking or account recovery?+

No. Use your personal, secure email for banking, healthcare, password recovery, work accounts, purchases, and other services you need to access over time.

Are my messages completely private?+

These inboxes are public: anyone who knows your address can read its messages. Emails are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Do not receive sensitive information here, and review the provider's policies before use.

Why might a website reject a disposable email?+

Some websites block known disposable-email domains to reduce abuse. BlinkInbox cannot bypass another website's email rules or guarantee that an address will be accepted.
