Terms of use
These terms describe basic rules for using BlinkInbox. This starter text is not legal advice. Have it reviewed and adapted to your business, jurisdiction, and actual service before launch.

1. About the service
BlinkInbox provides a browser interface for generating and viewing temporary email inboxes through a third-party provider. Availability, domains, rate limits, retention, and message delivery depend on that provider and may change without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to commit fraud, impersonate another person, send spam, harass people, distribute malware, interfere with systems, evade a site's enforcement or account limits, or facilitate any illegal activity. Do not use the tool to violate another website's terms.
3. No sensitive or long-term use
Temporary mailboxes may expire, stop receiving messages, or become inaccessible. Do not use BlinkInbox for banking, healthcare, work accounts, password recovery, purchases, legal correspondence, confidential content, or any account whose continued access matters.
4. Third-party provider
Email delivery and inbox retrieval rely on Neighbours.sh, a third-party service. Its documented API exposes inbox contents to anyone who knows the address, and messages are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Do not use these inboxes for sensitive information. BlinkInbox is not responsible for the provider's availability, data retention, mailbox eligibility, or delivery failures. The current integration calls the provider's API directly from the browser.
5. No warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee that any address will be accepted, any email will arrive, a mailbox will remain active, or messages will be retained. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site owner disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
6. Service changes
The site owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the interface. A third-party provider may impose limits or stop providing an API independently of BlinkInbox.
7. Intellectual property and third-party names
The BlinkInbox design and content are provided by the site owner. Neighbours.sh is a third-party service and is credited for the email API integration. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Changes to these terms
The terms may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use after an update means you should review and follow the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Contact
The site owner has not yet configured a monitored contact email. Before relying on the service, check the Contact page for an updated contact channel. Do not send credentials or sensitive information to temporary inboxes.
